All money values are normalised to EUR using the exchange rate at tender publication date, so a Caspian tender and an EU tender can be compared on the same footing without per-row conversion. Native currency is preserved in the audit log.
Translation quality is sampled monthly against human-curated benchmarks. Current accuracy on procurement terminology: >97% across all source languages.
